CAMI's 2025 Holiday Illumination Celebration Vendor Participation Form

Merritt Island's Annual Holiday Illumination Celebration will be held Saturday, December 13, 2025. Official Event Times 3:00pm to 7:00pm. Vendor Set up 1:00pm -2:30pm. Breakdown 7:00pm. Place: Brevard Veterans Memorial Park 100 S. Sykes Creek Parkway, Merritt Island Florida. This is a free community event presented by Community Advocacy for Merritt Island and the Brevard Veterans Memorial Center featuring free community concert, Christmas market, gingerbread house competition, food trucks, kids activities, bounce houses and much more.

By submitting this form the vendor agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

• The vendor accepts full responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur at his or her space, tent, table or food truck.

• The vendor is fully responsible for any required permits, licenses, or tax required by the county or state.

• All vendors will be in charge of their own electrical and water source.

• No vehicles will be allowed to enter the event area between 3:00pm and 7:00pm Food Trucks must be unhitched and vehicles out of vendor areas by 2:30pm

• CAMI reserves the right to deny any vendor whose merchandise is deemed unsuitable for this event.

• CAMI is permitted to take photographs of booths and vendors and use those photographs for advertisement or promotion purposes.

• Payment for must be submitted to secure Vendor Space

Vendor Participation Fee - Credit Card Payment Accepted.  Credit Card payments will be charged 3% processing fee.
